Chris Wright

Chris is a fully qualified HR professional, having completed his MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Kent Business School to CIPD Advanced Level standard. He is passionate about helping organisations to achieve their maximum potential by recognising the value of their talent and developing people to contribute more effectively to organisational goals.

Chris’ specialism is in the area of Strategic Human Resource Management for which he received the CIPD East Kent Branch Prize in 2015 while studying for his BSc in Business Studies and Human Resource Management at Canterbury Christ Church University Business School. He adopts a business partner-style approach to working with clients, focusing on helping organisations to reduce their risk level with their greatest but most expensive asset; their talent.

Howard Wright

Howard is a qualified solicitor who specialises in business and contract law, having been a partner in 3 regional legal practices prior to working as a consultant and co-founding Talman HR.

He has worked with many types of businesses over his 35-year career, from small owner managed business start-ups to £100 million+ turnover companies. He has a breadth of experience in running and managing businesses and brings a different and unique perspective to HR which is usually lacking in HR advisory functions.
